Their clinically approved, customisable care takes parents from confused to confident, so parents can reconnect with their child and ease their distress. Speek combines innovative technology, evidence-based therapy & supportive community to help parents guide their children who self-harm towards recovery.
With Speek’s digital platform, parents get access to the community, knowledge and skills they need to find stability for themselves and their families. Based on a digital assessment, parents access a tailored approach that fits their experience and needs. Speek’s psycho-education support provides a comprehensive understanding of underlying reasons for self-harm and tools to support parents on the Speek app. And finally parents find their footing with 6-8 other parents, guided by highly experienced clinical psychologists via group therapy. Recovery is a family affair!
