Kentish Town City Farm
Kentish Town City Farm is a sanctuary in the city. People of all backgrounds come together to care for the land, the animals and each other. Their regular programmes include Garden Explorers that works with early years and their families, Young Farmers that supports children and young people, and Helping Hands for those with additional needs. Kentish Town City Farm works in the community with partners and local schools to create new growing spaces in local sheltered accommodation.
The partnership with the Lightbulb Trust as part of the Greenlight Project fund will allow them to establish better central admin systems that will help them reach more people, broadening their offer to include more environmental learning and fully maximizing the opportunities of that unique site.
