West London Zone
West London Zone addresses the opportunity gap for children through a preventative, early intervention programme aimed at those children and families who can benefit most from support. They work with 880 children and young people aged 3-18 in 25 schools and over 40 charity partners across Kensington, Hammersmith, Brent and Westminster. WLZ personalised 2-year programme of support consists of a range of tailored activities (literacy, counselling, sports, additional tutoring, etc.) that build skills, develop their strengths and address their needs, helping them to get back on track to flourish into adulthood.
