The Lightbulb Trust is supporting the Spear programme, a partnership between the Kensington + Chelsea Foundation and Resurgo. The initiative helps young people facing disadvantage to get into work or education. We are supporting Spear’s free six-week training programme that equips young people between 16-24 years old with confidence, motivation, and the vital skills they need to succeed in long-term employment.
